   • Consultation services for design strategy, technical sketches, fashion illustration, and other design-related deliverables.
   • Sale of digital downloadable sketch bundle files through our website.

2. Booking & Payment
   • All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or as agreed upon via written communication. • Payment is required in advance for consultations, digital deliverables, and downloadable files unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.  Intellectual Property
   •  All designs, illustrations, sketches, and files provided by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
   •  You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for personal or business purposes only. Reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing of our files is strictly prohibited. 

4. Digital Product Use
   • All sales of digital files are final. No reselling, copying, or redistribution of files is allowed
   • By purchasing downloadable products, you agree not to share or distribute these files.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   • Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of fees paid.
   • No refunds will be provided for cancellations unless agreed upon in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability
   • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.

7. Changes to Terms
   • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.

1. Consultation Services & Design Deliverables
   • Payments made for consultation services and bespoke design deliverables are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
   • Refunds may be considered only if a project is cancelled before any work has begun or in exceptional circumstances agreed upon in writing.

2. Digital Products (Downloadable Files)
   • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
   • Once files are purchased and downloaded, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted.
   • Please ensure you thoroughly review the product description and details before purchasing.

3.  Instalment Plans
   • If a payment plan is agreed upon, payments must be made according to the specified schedule. Failure to adhere to the payment plan may result in cancellation of services or access to digital products..
